WHAT WE DO
Our goal is to reduce stress, create clarity, and help seniors and their families confidently navigate the aging process.
Financial Support Services
Determine current cash needs. Perform Basic Budgeting. Establish record-keeping systems for financial transactions.
Medical Support Services
Provide support, in a professional and compassionate manner, to assist in relieving stress caused by household and financial tasks.
Household Support Services
Serve independent and dependent seniors living at home who have become overwhelmed or unable to maintain their household.
Conservator Services
Serve as a Conservator in cases including: when a Power of Attorney does not exist, there is no immediate family, or family is unable to serve.
Family Caregiver Support
Serve independent and dependent seniors and their families as they progress through the aging process.
Downsizing and Life Transition Services
Help Seniors navigate the emotional and logistical challenges of downsizing, moving, or transitioning to a new living situation.
A Service Agreement is provided to itemize specific expectations and details associated with the plan in order to alleviate any confusion and promote the highest level of comfort for the client and family. Proof of Insurance is provided prior to service.
Fees are structured in a number of ways including hourly, daily, monthly and will be discussed and worked through prior to finalizing agreements to ensure clarity and the highest level of comfort for the client and family.

Meet the Team
Tamath K. Rossi
Founder & Senior Advocate | Certified Dementia Practitioner | Paralegal
Tamath K. Rossi, Certified Dementia Practitioner and Paralegal for over 35 years, has spent over 20 years in the senior service industry as a successful advocate and support for seniors and their families. In 2022, she founded Supporting Our Seniors, which provides compassionate senior advocacy in Connecticut, helping families navigate aging, dementia, and Alzheimer's care with expert guidance across healthcare, finances, and care coordination.
Prior to founding Supporting Our Seniors, Tamath served as the Director of Senior Services for the Town of Southbury, where she supported a community in which seniors represented more than 37 percent of the population. During her tenure, she also served as Municipal Agent and Municipal Veteran Representative, officially documenting assistance to more than 3,500 seniors and families.
Tamath provides a multifaceted level of support to clients and their families. Her experience, training, ongoing education, and passion have provided countless clients of Supporting Our Seniors and their families with varied support.
Alexandra Cooper
Case Manager & Certified Dementia Practitioner
Alexandra brings extensive experience to Supporting Our Seniors, with a professional background as a mental health caseworker specializing in supporting seniors living with dementia and other cognitive impairments.
Her work has focused on comprehensive care coordination, crisis intervention, and strong advocacy for clients and their families within complex healthcare and social service systems. She collaborates closely with medical providers, long-term care communities, and families to develop individualized care plans that prioritize safety, dignity, and quality of life.
Alexandra is known for her calm presence, thoughtful communication, and ability to navigate challenging situations with clarity and compassion.
